Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide from our Nashville, TN headquarters! However, we’re currently unable to ship to parts of Asia and some remote areas. If you have questions about delivery to your specific location, please contact us.
What shipping options are available?
We offer two convenient shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, arrives within 10-15 business days after processing.
Free Shipping: On orders over $50, via EMS, arrives within 15-25 business days after processing.
How long does order processing take?
We carefully prepare each package to ensure quality, which takes 1-2 business days before your order ships.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Are there additional fees for international orders?
International customers may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees based on local regulations in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your Sonoma pieces. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and process your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
