Returns & Exchanges Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks & Hosiery
  • Pajama Sets (if opened or separated)

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  3. Pack Your Items: Securely package the items in their original condition. Include the original packing slip.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
